Returns and Exchanges Policy

Customers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase made through the MobileMonsters online store within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with Latvian law.

Products may be inspected and tested to the extent necessary to establish their characteristics and functionality.

Returned spare parts are inspected for their technical and physical condition, including:

• mechanical damage to displays, glass and housings;
• damage to flex cables, connectors and contact pads;
• signs of soldering, overheating or incorrect installation;
• other damage caused by improper handling.

If the product's value has decreased due to handling by the customer beyond what is necessary to inspect it, the customer may be liable for the reduction in value.

Installation or testing of a part does not automatically invalidate the right to return it.

If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, customers may contact us to report the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements, the available remedies may include:

• product repair;
• replacement with a conforming product;
• price reduction or refund.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, mechanical impact or improper use.

Customers retain all statutory rights relating to defects or non-conformities that existed when the product was supplied.

Product exchanges are available subject to the availability of a suitable spare part in stock.

For voluntary exchanges of non-defective products, price differences and shipping costs may be taken into account by mutual agreement.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us of your decision within 14 days of receiving the product.

After notifying us, return the product within the following 14 days or deliver it in person to:

We recommend including your order number to help us identify your purchase more quickly.

Please package the product securely to prevent damage during transportation.

For standard withdrawal returns, the customer is responsible for direct return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in the order terms.

For products that do not conform to the contract, necessary shipping costs are covered in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or receive evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Upon receipt, returned spare parts are inspected for damage and signs of improper handling.

Any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product will be assessed in accordance with applicable law.

These terms do not limit any consumer rights provided under Latvian law, including the right to seek remedies for products that do not conform to the contract within the statutory period.
